Zehn Jahre in die Zukunft zu denken: gar nicht so einfach. Pablo Bösch (er/ihm) versucht genau das: Mit «posters for a near future» entwirft er eine Plakatserie für fiktive Bands. Dabei imaginiert Pablo, wie sich die kulturelle Landschaft in naher Zukunft verändern könnte. Wie nah sich diese Zukunft bereits jetzt anfühlt, hängt – wie so oft – ganz von der Perspektive ab. Die einzelnen, digital realisierten Plakate entfalten ihre Wirkung erst in der Summe eines grösseren Ganzen. Es geht um die Wiederholung des Formats. So verhandelt seine Plakatserie nicht nur Design als künstlerische Praxis, sondern auch das Konzert als gesellschaftliche Form eines möglichen Morgens.
